WHAT MAKES A PERSON TRULY HAPPY

A simple way to make yourself happy: for a month, you will find that everything has changed
Are you a happy person? Do you want to be happier?
1.Start by being nice to yourself.
It may sound simple, but too many people skip this step and try to make themselves happy by pursuing higher goals, or by reaching higher standards of perfection.
In fact, the happiest people will try their best to treat themselves. The more you value yourself, the more confidence you build.
2. Forgive yourself.
“Forgiveness is an important part of it.”
“It’s hard because most of us are angry with ourselves for everything we’ve done in our lives. People get into trouble because they try to be perfect, and then when they’re not, they frustrate themselves. Yourself means accepting that you’re trapped in your own imperfect skin. “
Start tolerating yourself! “Look in the mirror and say I love you and I forgive you.”
3. Accept who you are.
Self acceptance also means accepting your income and level of success.
When you reach a certain age,
When people say, “why do you waste your time doing this?” Or “you’re not successful enough!”
I suggest you ask yourself a simple question: “am I satisfied with what I’m doing? Do I live happily? “
4. Contact with nature.
Let nature be magnificent and beautiful, expand its own pattern, and relieve the depressed mood.
5. Positive.
Happiness is not laziness, laxity and luxury. Happy people will show a positive attitude towards life and bravely take responsibility for themselves, because they know that only by taking responsibility for their own family can they have real happiness
6. Reduce ineffective social interaction in life and workplace.
Get rid of all the social and parties that make you uncomfortable, time-consuming and useless
7. Give priority to your health.
Be careful – if you slip, don’t let your health become a reason to beat yourself.
8. Remember to eat.
People always say, “I’ve been busy and I don’t have time to eat today.” it’s a very bad thing. Eat when you’re busy, even if it’s just a salad.
Science tells us that a drop in your blood sugar signals stress to your brain. So if you really can’t stop to eat, make sure you have healthy snacks on your table.
9. Give yourself a warm space.
“When my bed is made, walking into my bedroom gives me peace of mind.”
“Put flowers on your table. Take life seriously.
10. Bask in the sun.
Please be sure to take a walk outdoors as much as possible. Don’t stay in the room all day, especially in the dark room
11. Try to buy high quality products within your own ability.
“We often spend money on others, but we use cheap ones ourselves,” but “a better brand may only cost a few yuan, or dozens of yuan, and each time you use it, it will enhance your own value.
Hope you can feel real happiness every day.
